The Railway Industry

In 2002, COFIPRO became an important European player in the Railway Industry when they purchased KLEIN TRANSPORT, a young company created through the merger of the Windows Manufacturing Division of GEORGE KLEIN SA (no 1 in Europe in the production of windows for train) and CANTIN SA (no 1 in Europe in the production of secondary doors particularly cab access doors).

In 2004, the group extended its range of products and its know-how by purchasing the company LHOTELLIER SA spécialising in designing and manufacturing technical hinges mostly for the Railway Industry and the Aircraft Industry.

In 2005, BARAT SA acquired the emergency evacuation system division of the Spanish company FINE PRODUCTS.

In 2006, the group extended its know-how by purchasing the company PARAMET spécialising in designing and manufacturing complete solutions with aluminium profiles. last Previous Next
